Our office is located in West Plano Village, just off of Parker and Dallas North Tollway. You will find us directly above Mi Dia Restaurant.
To the left of Mi Dia Restaurant are Nasr Brothers and Charles Schwab, and between them, you will find a set of glass doors. Enter these glass doors and take the elevator to the 2nd floor, and you will find us in the office to your right.

Dr. Bader believes in providing you with a comfortable and easy experience, and to ensure that the day of your procedure runs smoothly and safely, Dr. Bader will perform your procedure at the Frisco Surgery Center.

TRANSPORTATION
Uber or Lyft are the recommended resources for transportation.
If you are traveling alone, we have medical professionals that we can recommend to assist you.
IMPORTANT:
For the safety and protection of all of our patients, we will not release you to a cab or Uber/Lyft driver after surgery unless you have a friend or family member to accompany you. Patients accompanied by a friend or family member can take a cab home since they will not be alone. Likewise, patients leaving with a hired nurse can also take a cab.
DURATION OF STAY
OUT OF STATE PATIENTS
Your pre-op appointment will take place at Bader Facial Plastics the day before your surgery. We require our patients to stay in the area until their first post-op appointment. This appointment is typically 6-7 days after your surgery and when you will get your cast removed.
IN STATE/RELATIVE AREA
We recommend that our patients who are driving 5+ hours, to stay in the Dallas/Plano area the night of their surgery. You may travel home the next day and return for your first post-op appointment the following week.
The remaining post-op appointments will be virtual unless you would like to see Dr. Bader in person.
We would love to see you either way!
IMPORTANT:
At your 1st post-op appointment, Dr. Bader will retape your nose and instruct you to wear your nostril retainer. Your nose will be taped for 1 more week after getting your cast off.

Plano is a very central location with surrounding cities only 10-30 minutes away.
We recommend staying in the Plano, Frisco, Richardson, or North Dallas areas.
